Plaza Hotel Conferencing caters predominantly for the corporate market and/or private functions. Our two conference rooms are available from Monday through to Friday, from 8am until 5pm.

Our prime location and equipped facility is perfect for conferences, executive meetings, sales presentations, staff training sessions, network meetings and any other formal private functions.

We cater for small to large groups. Our spacious Acacia Room caters for a minimum of 25 delegates up to a maximum of 175 delegates.

For gatherings of delegates less than 25, The Baobab Room provides a more informal, intimate setting where board meetings and the like can be hosted.

We offer 5 seating styles with different package options. Packages range from R80 to R180 per delegate per day. Should you require accommodation for multi-day usage of the conference venue, affordable accommodation in our hotel is available (at an additional cost).
